RHINO Program: Knowledge Management

RHINO, through its website and listserv, provides knowledge management services on the latest advancements in RHIS development and use through information to HIS professionals, managers and users of health information systems, stakeholders, partners and civil society.  Also, please find information below on our online forums and the RHINO International conferences.

Online Forum

In order to promote communication among professionals interested in routine health information, collection, and use throughout the world, RHINO introduced the RHINO Online Forum for discussion of issues related to Routine Health Information Systems. These week-long electronic discussions occur quarterly throughout the year and are moderated by a professional with expertise in the topic of interest. There is no fee for joining the forum.

Please join us to share experiences and help us disseminate knowledge in routine health information systems. The forum announcements are advertised through our RHINO listserv. Please join the RHINO listserv to ensure that you receive notification of future RHINO on line forums.

RHINO International Workshops

RHINO has sponsored a series of international workshops since 2001 on important RHIS issues. These workshops have been held in collaboration with the host country Ministries of Health, the USAID MEASURE/Evaluation Project, and HIS partner agencies and institutions.
